Download birth certificate online in Kerala : The birth certificate is one of the most important documents today. Birth certificates are usually issued by the Local Self Government Department. In the past, you had to go directly to the office and submit an application.
However, with the state government,all the services of the local bodies under one online website, anyone can download birth and death certificates at home at any time. Here’s how to download and use with your Birth Certificate.
First, go to Google and type LSGD Kerala. Now you can visit the LSGD Kerala website of the Kerala Local Self Government Department for the search result.
Birth and death certificates can be found on the left side of the website when you open it. The website is available in English and Malayalam. Now the service is reaching out to the website Civil Supplies. Select Certificate Search here. Then click on the district in the District, area and select Local Body as Municipality, Corporation, as shown below.
Then select Local Body. Click the search button below. You will now get a page containing birth registration information. This is the last update and the information can be seen at the top. Death registration information may also be provided. Also see the number of birth and death certificates issued each year.
Then select the birth certificate that appears on the left side. The current name should include the child’s name, date of birth, gender, father’s name and mother’s name. Special care should be taken to enter the child’s name correctly . Type the word verification below and click the search button.

If you want to search for information in Malayalam, you can click on the Search in Malayalam button above. When you click on the search button, you will see the information you entered and the related documents. Choose whichever field you belong to. Click on the View button on the side. Now you can see the birth certificate. Click on the print button below it. You can now print and save the page you receive. This way you can easily download and save your birth certificate wherever you want.
